When I reviewed his website, I didn’t know that he was also a contractor and did renovations and remodels. I contacted him and asked if he could provide an estimate. He got right on it. He scheduled an appointment with the tenants to gain access to see the damage. He was awarded the job and immediately got the ball rolling. It was roughly a two-month project. He set up an account, a timeline, for me to track the progression of the job. From start to finish, he took care of it all. He notified the tenants when his crew would be onsite. If there were any delays, he would keep me updated. Any questions I had, he answered courteously and to my satisfaction. He was available by phone and email. If there were any issues with the work, he took the necessary measures to correct them. Bottom line: he is dependable, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Hello, In September of 2023 we had San Diego Flood Restoration (SDFR) repair a ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak. The men who did the work… read more came on time, clearly explained what they would do, put protective plastic on the floor and erected a small tent of plastic sheeting to keep any dust or splatters contained. The work was done efficiently and professionally ( I could not have done as well myself). When they were done for the day the men cleaned up completely.
